Here are some helpful tips to re-energise yourself over the next 21 days to form some positive life-changing habits:
1) Do an audit over your existing work and life environment.
- what is building your positive energy?
- what is building your negative energy?
Remember that you want to create an atmosphere where you can feel relaxed and at rest, cleansing yourself from stress.
2) Do 15minutes of daily self-development
Perhaps first thing in the morning, or those that are keen on exercise, plug into a good audio or read a book that will let you start the day feeling excited.
3) Affirm yourself
Review your goals and stick to them. If you dont have any goals yet, create them! And let the world know what your goals are for the next weeks, months and even years. Be grateful for the things you already have and build on them- Don’t let the little things in life get in your way!
4) Let yourself rest at night
Have a quick review of what you do at night before you sleep. It’s been shown that people who go to sleep on a positive note get a better nights rest than those with a lot on their mind. Let your mind rest, and try to avoid things that may cloud your mind before sleeping. Stressing yourself before you sleep will only create more stress when you wake up the next morning.
